Other names are acne vulgaris, and pimple. It is an inflammatory skin condition characterized by superficial skin eruption that are caused by plugging of the skin pores.

Acne is most common for both  adolescent boys and girls particularly in teen ages. This is mainly by their hormonal secretion.
