It is a xerophytic plant. Aloe is cultivated both for ornamental and medicinal purposes. It has short stemmed and spiny toothed leaves which are very succulent or juicy in nature. Flowers are yellow in colour.
Uses:
Chronic ulcers, Fevers, Uterus, Colic, Good laxative, Heals wounds and fresh cuts. Soothes burns, cures eczema and falling hair.
How to Use:
Fresh juice is useful in fevers ; pulp is used on uterus ; root is used in colic. The juice of the leaves, applied externally, is soothing in all cases of burns, wounds and cuts, eczema and falling hair.
