Causes, Incidence and Risk Factors
A mood disorder characterised by disturbance in mood, behaviour and affect. It could occur as a reaction to acute grief or stress like bereavement, loss of job, financial loss or divorce, and occuring within 3 months of incident or subjective mood change from mild sadness to intense feeling of worthlessness and guilt, loss of interest in work and social intercourse, poor self image and self reproach, difficulty in concentration and in taking decisions. Constant feeling of anxiety, Isomnia with early working or "Instalment sleep" with frequent walking or hypersomnia.
