Hemiplegia

Definition

Hemiplegia - paralysis of one side of the body.

Causes and Risk Factors:

Due to sudden decrease or obstruction of blood circulation to the part of the brain either right or left and it may be also due to blood clot. The affection of blood circulation in the right side results in the dissatisfaction of left side of the body and vice versa.
