50 to 100 mg. per day with honey.

Powder cinnabar. Gently heat on a pan. Add small quantity of  juice and mix thoroughly. Continue the process till all the juice is spent. Then heat just till perfectly dry. Cool and powder before storing. The chendooram should be bright orangish red.
