It is an aquatic, stemless growing on the surface of the water in tanks and ponds.
Uses :
Dysuria, dysentry, cough, asthma, ring worm.
How to Use:
Leaves mixed with rice and coconut milk are given in dysentry, and with rose water and sugar in cough and asthma. Ash of the plant known as pana salt, applied for ring worm.
