Terminalia is wild in the forest. Fruits are oval in shape and dull yellow colour.
Uses:
Fevers, cough, constipation, piles.
How to Use:
Chebulic myrobalans are used in combination with belliric and emblic myrobalans under the name of triphala. Cold infusion of it used in sore mouth and stomatitis, ulcerated gums.
