Torsion

Definition

Other name are torsion of the testis.  The twisting of the spermatic cord which cuts off the blood supply to the testicle and  its surrounding structure with in the  scrotum.

causes, incidence and risk factors:

It is believed that some man may be predisposed to testicular as a result of inadequate connective tissue  with in scrotum however the condition can result from trauma to the scrotum.
